A friend and I ride our unicycles at lunchtime. He made this short video of me shortly after I got my 36" unicycle.

Ha Ha, well, it's not for everyone. I wonder now in my 60s how long I will be able ride. But I figure even if it's only 5 or 6 years, that's better than none!

Way to go, doing the elliptical and treadmill -- keep it up! It's more than most people do, and probably what I will be doing eventually.

Well lance, that is a little extreme for me --but then I am 74years old. I ride my eliptical trainer, walk my treadmill, and use my bosflex strength machine - I would fall on my butt if I tried to ride a unicycle.
